Crafting a Plan
Our process begins by working with our client to gain a thorough understanding of their position and the critical success factors associated with their needs. We document these requirements and then verify the documented requirements with the client to ensure accuracy and thoroughness before any recruiting actually begins. Our employment specialists (with more than 100 years of combined experience) are highly trained and experienced in a broad range of placement venues including long or short term contracting and consulting. They are continually trained on newer approaches to recruiting technical candidates. We maintain an extensive database of qualified candidates and also utilize nationally known outside services. With this large pool of talent to draw from, we can efficiently match a candidate's skill level with our client’s specific requirements. We can have a proposal with corresponding resumes to our client in a very timely manner. Most of the time, our consultants can be on the job within one to seven days. Customized to each of our client’s needs, we complete a variety of direct skills testing, drug testing, and candidate background checking at the local, county, state, and national levels. Our recruiting process also includes our own face-to-face or Skype interviews of pre-qualified candidates prior to submission to our client. This process enables us to consistently deliver the highest quality candidate available.
We work closely with our client to arrange for telephone and face-to-face interviews that minimize disruption to their schedule. When the candidate is selected by our client, we work closely with the client’s HR Department, the hiring manager and our employee to facilitate a timely introduction between him or her and our client.
